SpaceX Is Hiring a… “Spaceport Mixologist”?

You are looking for a way to relax before you go to space. Is there a delicious cocktail from the mixologist?

The job listing for a spaceport mixologist was first spotted by Benzinga and was for a facility in Boca Chica, Texas. It is looking for a bartender who can prepare drinks, including hand crafted cocktail options, and has a focus on resorts, bars, and full service restaurants.

It's not a good idea to pilot massive and powerful rockets with a few alcoholic drinks.
The bar is being set.

It is eyebrow raising to see a company at the forefront of space travel putting resources towards hiring a bartender, but it is not completely surprising. Musk said that the company was building a "futuristic bar" at the launch facility. It's possible that the bartender will be working there.
The whole thing is in line with Musk's overall vision to bring more curious members of the public to visit the launch site.
He supports public spaces around production and launch sites, wherever it can be done safely and securely. When COVID passes, we will open up our restaurant to the public and figure out ways to allow limited access to the High Bar.

The boss is loud.

For a man at the helm of two of the biggest advanced transportation companies in the world, Musk seems to be into booze.
In October, he announced that the company would be making a beer called theGigabier. The company also released a bottle of $250 tequila that sold out within hours.

It is becoming more and more obvious that Musk might have a goal beyond colonizing Mars with the hiring of a professional mixologist. He wants to own a bar and live out his college dreams.
Musk says that his company is making its own beer.
