Space.com is giving away a sneak peek at all the crazy covers that will be arriving next year, as well as three new "Rick and Morty" tribute comics being delivered by Portland-based Oni Press. The duo is making fun of Hollywood with spoofs of "Dune," "Star Wars" and "Logan's Run."
"Rick and Morty Presents: HeRICKTics of Rick" will be the first of three new stories in the cult favorite comic book series.

"Rick and Morty Presents: Hetics of Rick" is a one-shot showcasing the talents of Amy Chu and Alexander Chang, with artwork by Sarah Stern.

If you're not familiar with the Dune franchise written by the late Frank Herbert, this title is a nod to the "Heretics of Dune," the fifth Dune book by Herbert, which was released in 1984. When Rick discovers the source of a new, incredibly powerful substance, he lays claim to an entire planet in order to monopolize the market. The Arrickis isn't the only place where Rick and Morty are found, and the original inhabitants aren't going away quietly.
"Rick and Morty Presents: Morty's Run" and "Rick and Morty: Infinite Hour" will be released in March.

In "Rick and Morty Presents: Morty's Run," Morty is sent to summer camp and desperately wants to escape, even turning to Rick for advice. The 1976 film "Logan's Run" is based on the novel of the same name by William Nolan, in which everyone is terminated at age 30 to preserve a utopian society. Ivan Cohen is the author of Batman & Scooby-Doo Mysteries, illustrated by Puste, and Leonardo Ito is the author of Batman '89.
Rick is recruited to join a rebellion and join up with a motley crew of freedom fighters, mystics, and mercenaries. That sounds like the plot to "Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope" to us.
