Heavy snow has forced the cancellation of the game between Burnley and Spurs at Turf Moor.
The teams had been named and the match was due to start at 2pm.
The undersoil heating couldn't keep up with the snow and attempts to clear the pitch were futile.
Spurs arrived late to the game at Turf Moor and officials waited until both managers were present before making a decision.
The undersoil heating was not able to cope with the conditions.
The game was called off due to concerns with the playing surface.
The rescheduling of the game has not yet been announced.
