A former nurse who's anti-vaxx will face trial for organizing rallies protesting lockdowns in the UK: report

The Daily Mail reported that a former nurse from the United Kingdom is expected to be tried next month for organizing three anti-lockdown rallies.
Kay Shemirani, also known as Kate Shemirani, lost her license to practice nursing in the United Kingdom earlier this year. She was found to have fallen short of the standards expected of a registered nurse and could lose her license.

Shemirani discouraged people from wearing masks, taking vaccinations, and adhering to social distancing.
She has had her account blocked by a number of social media sites for spreading misinformation, including at an anti-covid protest in London's Trafalgar Square.
Shemirani denied the existence of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the panel. She told national and local news outlets that vaccines are useless and have been rushed through because they want to kill you.
The panel found that Shemirani placed members of the public at serious risk of harm.
People should get a vaccine against the coronaviruses. The three COVID-19 vaccines in the US are safe and effective, according to officials at both the local and national level.
According to the Daily Mail, Shemirani's lawyer will argue that the charges are unconstitutional.
"We are facing three charges of holding an event, which could be equated to organizing the event, and very simply we submit we are not actually organizers," Robert said. Human rights are one of the factors that can be legally considered. The right of assembly is what we are referring to. That would have to be abolished.
