According to Diario Sport, Barcelona are interested in signing three Manchester City players.
The statement that Barcelona CEO is in Manchester to discuss possibilities in the January transfer window came from this.
City won't allow the England international to be on loan unless there is an obligation for the Catalan club to sign him permanently after.

The January transfer window for Real Madrid is going to be busy, according to a report by the newspaper. They will be able to talk to the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Antonio Rudiger, and Paul Pogba about free transfers in the summer of 2022, though they are still undecided about whether to move for the latter two.
Vinicius Junior and Eder Militao will be renewed, but Luka Jovic, Jesus Vallejo, and Mariano Diaz could all leave. When the season is over, Isco, Marcelo and Bale will all leave for nothing.
According to El Nacional, Barcelona's goalkeepers could be moved to the other team in the future, with the aging of Manuel Neuer. The financial position of the Blaugrana makes them willing to discuss a deal with the Bavarians. The stopper is not a priority to sell.
According to Calciomercato, AS Roma man Nicolo Zaniolo is being pursued by both Spurs and Biancos. The Italian will be extended by another year, which will take him through to the year 2025.
