Brentford will wear 2021-22 home kit again next season

After 12 games back in the top tier of English football, Brentford are 14th.

The home kit will be more sustainable and save fans money.

Three new kits are released by some of the premier league clubs.

Jon Varney, chief executive of Brentford, said that they believe in football being affordable for fans and that the game needs to become more focused on sustainable practices.

It is only a small thing, but we believe it will help.

The carbon footprint of a shirt made from cotton is less than the carbon footprint of a shirt made from polyester.

Micro particles can escape into the environment from recycled polyester, which takes hundreds of years to break down.

The club website states that fans would be in favor of the savings that a two-season shirt would provide.

Everyone at the club was behind the idea when we discussed it.

This is a step in the right direction to help the environment. Reducing kit cycles can only be good.
