The CEO of My Pillow is blaming the Republican National Committee for the failure to submit a complaint to the Supreme Court.
He promised his supporters that he would get the lawsuit before Thanksgiving. He uploaded a copy of the complaint to his website on Tuesday. The names and signatures of a plaintiff and counsel were missing from the complaint.
We are in unchartered territory. The complaint states that the election was stolen. There are over 70 pages of allegations about voter fraud in several states.
He made similar claims about voter fraud when he sat down this month to interview former President Donald Trump. California, Texas, and Florida were identified as three states where the most votes were "stolen" during the interview.
The RNC's chair, Ronna McDaniel, is being blamed by Lindell. In a livestream on Monday night, he claimed that the RNC was trying to shut down his case.
The RNC called state attorneys general and pressured them to not sign his complaint, according to the streamer. He said that he was going to five different states to get the attorneys general to sign the document.
