Are you looking for the soundtrack from your favorite show? It will be easier to find thanks to the expanded partnership between the two companies. The streaming music service today introduced a new "Netflix Hub" on its app, which will offer a centralized place for finding the official soundtracks, playlists, and podcasts for top shows and movies on the service.
At launch, the Hub has a selection of soundtracks and plays from La Casa De Papel, Outer Banks, Squid Game, and more. Bridgerton, Cowboy Bebop, Virgin River, On My Block, and others.
It will also include popular shows like The Crown, Behind the Scenes: Shadow and Bone, and the popular podcasts like Okay, Now Listen, and You Can't Make This Up.
The new destination will include a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the soundtrack for the Western film, "The Harder They Fall," as well as other music and fan experiences. There is a character matching experience where fans can play a game to find out which character they are, and there is a content destination for "La Casa De Papel", Part 5 Volume 2.

The hub is a result of the existing partnership between the two companies. The enhanced album for "The Harder They Fall", which had been available before the Hub's debut, was worked on by the two companies. They worked on the character matching game and the Money Heist content experience.
The hub on the app was not purchased by the company. It is not an ad product, nor did any money exchange hands here. Both companies see the potential in working together to serve their fan bases, where there is a lot of overlap.
There are other companies that have a themed hub on their app. A similar partnership was recently announced between Spotify and Peloton. Outside of its app, Spotify has partnerships with GIPHY to introduce users to music.
Making some of the content exclusive to Spotify may be a good idea for the streamer as Apple is also a competitor through its Apple TV+ streaming service. It makes sense that they are better suited as partners because they haven't expanded into the core market.
In the months to come, there will be more exclusive content on the Netflix Hub.
All users will be able to access the Hub in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the U.K., Ireland, and India.
