All departing flights were briefly halted on Saturday afternoon after a gun discharge at the security screening area.

There was no active shooter at the airport. According to the Atlanta Police Department, three people were injured in the incident.

Airport officials said that normal operations were beginning after they gave an all-clear. The incident has not been made public.
