Kyle Rittenhouse Not Guilty Verdict Triggers Protests, Vandalism

Protests erupted from coast-to-coast in the wake of the exoneration of Kyle Rittenhouse.

Some of the anger got out of hand as New Yorkers hit the streets to express their outrage over the not guilty verdict. The handicapped placard of a car was sprayed with the words "f* you".

5 people were arrested in NYC for vandalizing.

Hundreds of protesters held signs outside of theBarclays Center in Brooklyn. Capitalism breeds racist terror and there is no justice in the capitalist courts.

The city where the trial was held and the fatal shootings occurred was peaceful. The judge who presided over the trial seemed to be the most angry of the protesters.

According to the Portland Police Department, 200 protesters threw things at cops.

Chicago protesters hit the streets, but not in large numbers.

Rittenhouse was acquitted on all charges. Most of the talking TV heads said before the verdict that the prosecution came up short.
