There is a starless with stars.
X-ray: [Chandra, IR: Spitzer].

The stars have been removed from the narrow-band image of NGC 281 because it is not visible in the visible light. Stars were added back to the starless image. The Chandra X-ray Observatory and the Spitzer Space Telescope X-ray data were used to add the stars. There are a lot of stars in the region's embedded star cluster IC 1590. Young stars are usually hidden in visible light images by the cloud's gas and dust. For its overall appearance in visible light, the Pacman Nebula is also known as the backyard Astro-imagers.

Tomorrow's picture is light-weekend.

A total lunar eclipse.

The moon was seen in partly cloudy skies over Mexico in the predawn hours of November 19th. The lunar disk is not completely immersed in the Earth's shadow during a lunar eclipse. The light in Earth's shadow was reddened by the partial eclipse, which was deep enough to show it. Fans of total lunar eclipses often expect that sight. The Moon's dimmer light made it easier to spot the Pleiades star cluster. The stars of the Seven Sisters are at the upper right with the Moon.

The lunar eclipse of November 19 is a notable APOD submission.
The picture is of X-ray Sun Day.
