A woman is suing the company after she says she was sexually harassed at work but didn't get help from her supervisors or human resources.
According to The Washington Post, a production associate on the Model 3 sued the electric car company on Thursday. She alleged in her filing that her coworkers at the factory harassed and touched her without her consent.

The lawsuit says that she was subjected to a lot of sexual harassment. She accuses the company of fostering a frat house setting rather than a cutting-edge company in the heart of the San Francisco Bay area.
Several other employees at the site told WaPo that they witnessed some of the incidents described by Barraza. The issue is not limited to that particular site, as other employees have come forward with their own claims.
