Travis Scott Facing $2 Billion Lawsuit for Astroworld

An attorney representing more than 200 alleged victims has just filed a $2 billion lawsuit against the rapper and others.

Attorney Thomas Henry just increased the ante in the race to scoop up clients in the aftermath of the festival. Henry is asking for $2 billion in damages, which is the 5th amended complaint he's filed.

The website, tms.com.

The lawsuit alleges that fans were "incensed into a frenzy" when the performer started to perform and that he trampled some in attendance.

The latest filing by Henry shows that the organizers of the next version of Astroworld didn't take safety concerns into account.

Henry pointed out that fans climbed platforms during the chaos, begging concert organizers to stop.

It was.

The lawsuit says that the defendants chose to cut corners, cut costs, and put the festival attendees at risk, yet they stood to make an enormous amount of money.
