If you are stuck on level 1 of the Infinite Battle Pass, you will be able to progress later this week. John Junyszek, community manager of the Halo, says that they will be tuning their model later this week to address feedback on Battle Pass progression.

The Battle Pass makes it difficult to level up, as you can only complete daily or weekly challenges instead of earning points for every game you play. Junyszek said that 343 Industries is adding play 1 game challenges to help make sure you progress through the Battle Pass by playing matches the way you want.

To make sure you progress through the Battle Pass consistently, we'll be adding "Play 1 Game" challenges.

343 industries will be removing some weekly challenges and fixing bugs with others, but these changes have a small price. When we make this update, we will need to reset your challenges, including your progress towards weekly ones. The Sigil Mark VII Visor will be given to everyone who logs in from November 23rd to November 30th to make up for the reset.

Big Team Battles games will benefit from the double duration of the XP boost, which will last for an hour instead of 30 minutes. Changes to the progression system in the game are possible in the future. Junyszek says that they will be watching the changes closely to make sure they have a positive impact on your progression. We are committed to continue evolving these systems but it will take time.

During Big Team Battles, the boost changes should help.

The community of hc fans has become more critical of the Battle Pass progression after the early release of the game. We had concerns about the Battle Pass progression and the systems of the game, which felt like an exciting return to form. 343 Industries went ahead with the same systems despite some concerns.

It is encouraging to see quick changes. The three months that had originally been promised will now be four. We will have to check out the changes later this week to see if they make a difference, but it could be that the extra time was why 343 Industries kept the Battle Pass progression slow.
