Kyler Murray has been out for three weeks with a left ankle injury, but he is hopeful he will be ready to play on Sunday.

Murray said he's made "crazy progress" and is way further along than he thought. He said Wednesday that he was close to playing again. Murray said that the decision will be made by him, and that he will be smart.

Murray said, "Understanding what we're really here for." "Obviously, if you can't go, you can't go, and then if you can, you let it ride." I'm not putting a lot of pressure on the decision to play. I'll play if I can.

The questions about Murray's status should end soon, said Kliff Kingsbury.

Murray was moving around well after practicing Wednesday. I've been hoping that he can turn the corner on it and not completely, but hopefully this is the week.

A decision will be made later in the week based on how comfortable Murray is.

He's worked hard to get back. He's living in the training room and that's all you can ask. He wants to be playing, but he knows it's a long season.

I've been impressed by the way he's embraced the rehabilitation process. I bet it's not fun, but it's part of it.

It was weird to watch Sunday's loss from the sideline. He didn't like it.

"I felt like this was what it felt like when things were not going well," Murray said. I felt like a fan when I watched it, and I think this does not look good. I get it because I play the game. I know things happen.
