According to the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (based on the current trajectory), the UK could become as much as 1.5C more warm by then.
There could also be more extreme heat and coastal changes.
Sabrina Lee, BBC News' weather presenter, created a forecast for the next 30 years if climate change was not controlled.
