Fairmont Hotels and Resorts will be opening a property in Orlando, Florida in 2025. This marks the 20th U.S. property but the first in Florida.
Fairmont Orlando, a seven-story hotel, will be built on 30 acres of land in Orlando's entertainment district. Fairmont Gold participants will be able to access a private lounge of 5,000 square feet on the top floor. The hotel will feature 550 guestrooms, including 120 suites and 90 villas.

Seven food and beverage outlets will be available at the property, including a signature restaurant with 140 seats, a specialty Mediterranean restaurant and a gourmet cafe, as well as multiple bars and lounges.
The development will also include a 12,000-square foot spa and wellness center, seven treatment rooms, a gym, over 44,000 square feet meeting and event space, and three swimming pools.
In September, the Fairmont Century Plaza opened in Los Angeles. The Fairmont La Paz Puerta Cortes Resort & Residences in Mexico is set to open in 2023, while the Fairmont Costa Canuva in Mexico's Riviera Nayarit will open in 2025.
