Horizon Forbidden West for PS5: List of all machines, both new and returning

Horizon Forbidden West was one of the most stunning and beautiful games that Sony showed off during The Future of Gaming, Sony's PS5 show. Guerrilla Games is developing Horizon Zero Dawn's sequel. They are making great use of the Decima engine as well as the PS5's newfound power. When it launches, it will be a top-rated PS5 game. Horizon Forbidden West's world is full of mystery. One of its highlights is the variety of machines that can roam, fly, and swim throughout the world. Aloy will discover many machines as she travels through the Western USA. Machine classes The original Horizon Zero Dawn game divided machines into four classes. Players couldn't see which classes they were sort into, however. These same categories, and possibly more, will be available in Horizon Forbidden West. These are the Acquisition Class machines, which are intended to harvest resources. Bristlebacks are a powerful Acquisition Class machine that looks like warthogs. They also have dangerous tusks. This is the first type of machine we've seen. A couple of Bristlebacks were first seen in the trailer for Horizon Forbidden West. They were being overthrown by a mysterious hostile tribe who uses machines for warfare. They resemble the Behemoths, anti-gravity machines introduced in Horizon Zero Dawn. Clawstriders

Clawstriders are another new type of machine. They look similar to robot Velociraptors. They move in groups and have strong, chainsaw-like jaws. Comics revealed their name. Although their machine class is not yet confirmed, we believe it to be either Recon Class or Combat Class. Aloy can ride and override clawstriders, which are some of the latest machines. Chargers

Chargers, one of the machines that returned from the previous game, are a smaller type acquisition class machine. They are usually found in open grassy areas and rocky areas. They travel in herds. Aloy, along with the Broadhead and Strider could ride them in Horizon Zero Dawn. Aloy uses a Charger as a mount in Horizon Forbidden West's trailer. Shellsnappers

The shellsnappers, which look like turtles, protect shores and swamps. They are the second-ever amphibious machines we have seen. They seem to be able to remain dormant for long periods of time, which allows vegetation to grow in the mud on their backs. We are unable to determine their class, but will update this article as soon as we find out. Snapmaws

The crocodile-esque Snapmaws, which are now back in force, are Acquisition Class machines. The Snapmaw, which is also known as the Shellsnapper, is an amphibious machine that is found in the Pacific coasts and waterways. Some Snapmaws even guard hidden underwater locations. Sunwings

Sunwings, a new type of flying bird, patrol the skies of Forbidden West. They can travel alone or with small groups. They resemble pterosaurs in appearance. The solar panels on their wings allow them to store and gather energy which allows them to fly long distances. They are most likely Recon Class machines. Tremortusks

Tremortusk is another new machine. It is a mammoth-like creature and is considered dangerous if it is found in the wild. It becomes a major threat when it is used for warfare by humans such as the Tenakth. Tremortusks were specifically designed to be combat machines and prevent humans from overrunning the ecosystem. This terrifying machine is loaded to the brim of various weaponry, including an automatic flamethrower. Unidentified swimming machine
