Buxton's FA Cup tie with Morecambe in the second round will be broadcast live on BBC One. Yeovil Town's match against MK Dons, Stevenage or Stevenage will be broadcast on BBC Two.
Buxton, who are in the seventh tier English football, is one win away to joining the Premier League and Championship clubs.
They will host League One Morecambe Saturday, December 4, at 12:45 GMT.
BBC Two and BBC iPlayer will show Yeovil's home tie (17:30) with MK Dons (or Stevenage) on the same day.
Sixty-two of the 20 second round ties will be televised live on December 3-6.
ITV will broadcast Gateshead or Altrincham v Charlton Athletic. Rochdale or Notts County v Sheffield Wednesday, Plymouth Argyle, Salford City v Chesterfield, Boreham Wood v St Albans City.
This coverage costs the FA a PS60,000 per club.
Buxton is the third-ranked team in the Northern Premier League Premier Division Table.
They have won five games since they started in the first round of qualifying rounds.
Yeovil Town is 15th in National League.
On 16 November, League Two Stevenage hosts League One MK Dons in a replay. They will then discover their second round opponents.
