Political activists and activists have been cautiously welcoming the announcement by the US and China that they would collaborate to combat climate change. While the EU and UN consider the announcement encouraging and a significant step forward, Greenpeace feels that the two countries need to be more committed to achieving their climate goals. As COP26 in Glasgow draws to a close, the US and China declarations were made. The two largest carbon dioxide, CO2, emitters on the planet - pledged to increase climate cooperation over the next decade.
