Travis Scott Sued by 9-Year-Old Astroworld Victim, Ben Crump Files the Lawsuit

Ezra Blount is the youngest victim of the Astroworld concert disaster. He is now suing Travis Scott as well as Live Nation for the terrible injuries he sustained -- injuries that could still cost him his life.
Ezra, a 9-year old boy, was "trampled almost to death" at Friday's concert in Houston. Ben Crump, a renowned civil rights lawyer, claims that Ezra was forced to watch in terror as many concertgoers were hurt and killed during the crowd surge.

Crump claims that Ezra was "kicked and stepped on and trampled" by people around him as they lifted up "unconscious bodies and strangers and surfed over the top of them, hoping to send the group to safety."

The suit describes vividly many of the images from the tragic concert. It also mentions that many people shouted for Travis to stop the concert and were pleading with him and the organizers.

The suit states that Ezra is still in a medically-induced coma after suffering severe liver, kidney, and brain damage. These injuries will affect his quality of life as well as his "ability to thrive and grow."

Travis, Live Nation, and other entities are blamed for Ezra’s injuries. They were accused of "egregiously failing in their duty to safeguard the health, safety, and lives" concertgoers. Crump claims that they did not have sufficient security to implement crowd control and emergency medical assistance.
