League One Morecambe will host seventh-tier Buxton in round 2.
League One Charlton will host the replay between Altrincham & Gateshead.
In the third round draw, at least three non-league teams will be represented.
National League South St Albans City will travel to National League Boreham Wood, while sixth-tier Kidderminster Harriers will host National League FC Halifax Town.
If they beat Bolton Wanderers, National League Stockport County will travel by the other side to League One Rotherham.
Buxton, who are part of the Northern Premier League Premier Division won 1-0 against York City on Saturday. They are currently the lowest-ranked team in the competition which celebrates its 150th anniversary.
If they beat Solihull Moors, League One leaders Wigan Athletic will be away from Colchester United.
League One Portsmouth, 2008 winners, is at home against League Two Harrogate.
The second round winners, which will be played between 3 and 6 December, will receive prize money of PS34,000 as well as a place in the third round draw with Premier League and Championship clubs.
