Microsoft will host an event focused on education technology next week. It will take place on November 9th at 12:00 ET.
Although details are sparse, here is Microsoft's description of the event.
We will be meeting at 9 a.m. PST on Tuesday, November 9, to share our inside view of the most recent tech solutions and examine the gaps in education left by the pandemic. Microsoft Education partners, school leaders, and special guests will be sharing their expertise.
This event comes just over a month following the release of Windows 11, Microsoft's next major operating system. The company may reveal future education-focused updates for Windows 11.
Microsoft's vague hint that new and existing technology is being discussed suggests that we may also see new hardware at the event. Microsoft just unveiled a new wave of Surface products at an event held in September. However, it is possible that the company will introduce new hardware in 2021.
