Henry Ruggs sat down on a sidewalk, just feet from the Toyota that was engulfed by flames. This killed a woman with her dog and her dog. He and his girlfriend sobbed in this video, which was obtained by TMZ Sports.
Only seconds after Ruggs crashed his Corvette into a Rav4 at 3:40 in Las Vegas, footage captures Ruggs and Kiara Washington embracing on the ground. You can hear a portion of their emotional conversation in the clip.
Ruggs was shocked when she said, "OK. OK. Here," as she grabbed Ruggs' face. "I'm sorry. "I'm sorry.
He replied, "F ***!!! Stop yelling!!!"
Later video shows one witness who arrived minutes after the crash and told an officer that he was Henry Ruggs. This is Henry Ruggs. He plays for Raiders."

Ruggs was then held by a woman who panicked as Ruggs seemed to drift into and out of consciousness in her arms.
"Can we get help?!?" The woman shouted. "Please help him !?!" He is unconscious."
Ruggs seemed to be able to cry, as you can see in the video. His girlfriend was still holding his head.
We reported previously that Ruggs was impaired at the scene and that he was taken to a local hospital for evaluation. He was then arrested and charged with reckless driving and DUI.
According to police records, he was driving at 156 MPH before the accident... but hit the Toyota at only 127 MPH. Prosecutors later stated that bloodwork revealed that he had a blood alcohol content of.161, more than twice the legal limit of.08.
The 22-year old also carried a gun in his Corvette, they said.
Ruggs, who was released by Raiders following the wreck, showed up to court Wednesday wearing a neck brace as well as a wheelchair. Later, he posted $150,000 bond.
