Capital One Venture X will charge a $395 annual fee and you can add up to four users at no additional cost. This is a significant perk considering the benefits authorized users get. The annual fee is affordable for anyone who travels frequently.

The card's return on everyday spending is remarkable. It offers 2x Venture points per dollar. These miles can be used to purchase travel or to transfer to Capital Ones partners at a ratio up to 1:1. It's amazing to earn two airline miles for every dollar you spend.
I am not a fan of booking travel via credit card portals. However, Capital One Travel is a great option. It offers savings on flights, 24/7 alert technology to price changes and the ability to freeze fares and return 14 days later to book them.

This is where the card shines. The Capital One Venture X card has a $395 annual cost. However, there are two significant annual benefits.
$300 per year in statement credits for Capital One Travel bookings; these can be used towards any type or travel booking through Capital One Travel including flights, hotels and car rentals.
Every year, 10,000 Venture miles are added to your account. There is no requirement to spend this amount.
These two benefits are worth $470 annually, which is $395 per year. This doesn't include the lounge access perks which Ill discuss below.
There are two additional perks that are worth mentioning, but they aren't as important to most people.
Once every four years, The Capital One Venture X will offer a TSA pre-check or Global Entry fee credit
Hertz Presidents Circle status will be offered by Capital One Venture X to the primary cardmember or authorized user. This status offers perks such as being able skip the counter, guaranteed upgrades and free additional drivers.

My view on Capital One Venture X
The Capital One Venture X is a jaw-droppingly generous card. The annual fee for the card is $395, which is less than other premium credit cards. The card is not expensive, with the Venture miles anniversary bonus and $300 Capital One Travel credit. I believe you're getting ahead of the game without ever using the card to spend.
This doesn't take into account that the card is extremely valuable beyond the fact that Capital One Venture X will offer a market-leading 2x miles per $1 spent and, most importantly, access to Capital One Lounges. Priority Pass memberships are also available for the primary cardmember as well as the (free) authorized users.
It is a no-brainer to apply for this card once it is available.
Bottom line
Capital One's new premium credit card, Venture X, has been unveiled. The Venture X premium credit card, which costs $395 annually, will provide a lot of value. At the most basic level you will receive a $300 Capital One Travel Credit and 10,000 bonus miles each year. You will also earn at least 2x miles for every dollar you spend. Additionally, you'll have access to Capital One Lounges as well as Priority Pass memberships, which are available for both the primary cardmember or any other (free) authorized user.
