Rodgers stated that August he was "immunized" after being asked direct if he'd been vaccinated.

According to Ian Rapaport, the NFL Network's Wednesday report, Rodgers is still unvaccinated.

According to Tom Pelissero, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers quarterback has been confirmed positive for COVID-19. He will not play against the Kansas City Chiefs in the Packers' upcoming game.

Ian Rapoport, a reporter for NFL Network, stated that Rodgers wasn't vaccinated on Wednesday. The star quarterback said he was "immunized" in August, as he dodged questions about vaccines.

He said, "I've been immunized," in August to reporters when asked if he had been vaccinated. "There are some guys on the team who haven't been vaccinated. It's my personal decision and I won't judge these guys.

Rodgers was hesitant to answer directly about his vaccination status. However, the Packers made it clear that he was present at an indoor media conference unmasked. NFL protocol states that unvaccinated players must wear masks indoors at all times.

Rodgers could be disciplined if he acted as if he was vaccinated but was not.

In September, Kalyn Kahler, Defector, reported that the NFL instructed each club to verify players' vaccination cards. However, each team was responsible for their own details.

Rodgers will not be allowed to join the team until Saturday, November 13th if he is not vaccinated.

The Packers will not have him in Sunday's match against the Kansas City Chiefs and he won't be practicing during the week leading up to their Week 10 matchup with the Seahawks.

On Tuesday night, the Packers practice squad quarterback tweeted that he had been tested positive for COVID-19. Jordan Love, second-year quarterback for the Packers, is the only remaining quarterback. He will now make his first NFL start against Patrick Mahomes (and the Chiefs).
