Los Angeles Rams are a prime example of what an aggressive front office approach in the NFL looks like. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the Denver Broncos have traded All-Pro linebacker Von Miller for a bag full of Ruffles, and a 12-pack Mountain Dew. Miller is being traded to Denver by the Rams because they don't care about draft picks.

The Rams have an already impressive defense, with a 7-1 record halfway through this season. Miller might not be as good as he used to be, but that doesn't mean the Rams need him to lead this defense. Miller just needs to make some big plays down the stretch and during the postseason. Miller's contribution to the Rams winning the Super Bowl will be worth the trade.
Miller, who was the Denver franchise leader in regular season sacks (110.5), has left a Hall of Fame legacy. He currently ranks 23rd among all NFL sack leaders. Von is third in active players, with 27 forced fumbles. Von joined the league in 2011 and has been there since then. Miller was also the Super Bowl 50 MVP. Although it was difficult for him to leave Denver, he did everything he could over the years to help this team win.

Sean McVay, the Rams and their defense keep stacking the deck in favor of them and making it clear that any less than a Super Bowl win will be a disappointment. Their defense already had stars, All-Pros and Pro Bowlers at every level. Miller is only adding to the wealth in L.A. All excuses can be thrown out of the window with all the star power that the Rams (Matt Stafford) have recently accumulated. It doesn't matter if a player is absent for a few games. They must win the NFC if this team is healthy.

The Rams' biggest concern is their offensive side of things and their insufficient depth at running back. This team is capable enough to overcome this, and you now have a motivated Miller on the edge of that defense. They should be a formidable team in the second half, but it is still early enough to have a chance at winning their division or the No. The conference's No. 1 seed.

This move will only strengthen their position as a favorite in the NFC. Miller said that Miller might be available to play Sunday against the Titans at their home stadium. I'm interested to see how fast they can implement him. The Rams defense could prove to be a more difficult matchup for offenses during the remainder of the season. They can outscore your team and make big defensive stops in key spots. If I've ever heard it, that sounds like a champion formula.
