Sunderland, the last EFL club in the competition, will travel to Emirates Stadium for Arsenal's match, while Premier League leaders Chelsea face off against west London rivals Brentford.
The games will take place in the week beginning 20 December.
Sunderland manager Lee Johnson said that he would love to face Spurs or Arsenal in the quarter-finals.
Johnson stated, "I would love to see Arsenal or Tottenham go away, or something like that." Johnson said, "Then we'll wait for the really large guns when it's two legs."
