TOP STORY: Arsenal considering Leipzig's Nkunku move

According to Calciomercato, Arsenal are interested in Christopher Nkunku (RB Leipzig player),

The 23-year old has less than three years remaining on his contract at the Bundesliga club. He has impressed with his four goals scored in three Champions League matches. He was a sensation at the Etihad against Manchester City, scoring an impressive hat-trick despite the fact that his side lost 6-3.

Nkunku could be added to the Gunners' transfer list that included Aaron Ramsdale and Martin Odegaard signing Ben White, Martin Odegaard as well as Takehiro Tomiyasu and Nuno Tavares.

Mikel Arteta's team has struggled to score despite their attacking talent. With seven goals in eight Premier League games, they are joint-fourth lowest scorers. Nkunku, who has nine goals and four assists across all competitions in twelve appearances so far, could be a help.

Transfermarkt reports that the former France Under-21 international international, who moved to Leipzig in 2019, from Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain, paid just over 12m. He is now worth 50m.

London rivals Chelsea are said to be interested in the player's move, while Real Madrid and Manchester City have been mentioned as possible options.
