The final of the 2021-22 FA Cup will be held at Wembley on Saturday 14 May 2022
AFC Sudbury's FA Cup tie with Colchester United in the first round will be broadcast live on BBC Two, along with St Albans City's match against Forest Green Rovers.
Sudbury, who are in the eighth tier English football, won five matches to reach round one.
They will be hosting League Two Colchester on Friday 5 November at 19:55 GMT.
The home tie between St Albans City and League Two leaders Forest Green will be shown on BBC Two and BBC iPlayer on Sunday 7 November at 17:15.
Sixty-eight of the 40 first round ties will be televised live on November 5-8.
ITV will broadcast Banbury United v Barrow and Sheffield Wednesday v Plymouth Argyle. Stratford Town v Shrewsbury Town, Stratford Town v Shrewsbury Town, and Dagenham & Redbridge v Salford City.
This coverage costs the FA 50,000 per club.
Sudbury is fourth in the Isthmian Liga North Division and is in the first round of the tournament for the first time since 2000-01.
They have a league attendance of 276 this season, but Suffolk's non-league club is hoping for eight times as many for their visit to Colchester, 19th in League Two.
St Albans City is sixth in National League South, the sixth tier English football league. They will be looking to surprise Forest Green, who are four points ahead at the top League Two.
