Netflix’s latest live-action Cowboy Bebop teaser makes bounty hunting look easy

Although it is not yet a complete trailer, Netflix released the best glimpse yet of its live-action Cowboy Bebop movie adaptation in a teaser video to mark the one month countdown until the show's debut on November 19th.
As with the teasers, the new video Cowboy Bebop The Lost Session is not actually made of footage from the show. However, it does feature the key trio of Spike Spiegel, Jet Black (Mustafa Shakir), Faye Valentine and Faye Valentine in action as they hunt for a bounty, grab some noodles and battle through an army of criminals.

It's still a fun teaser. The video features kinetic, color-coded changing frames that bounce between Spike and Jet as they fight and bicker back and forth. It's always difficult to translate anime into live-action, but the show will hopefully be able to maintain a similar energy on Netflix.

Although it is concerning that Netflix has not yet shown any footage of Cowboy Bebop, the official Cowboy Bebop Twitter account promised that the trailer would be available next week. The classic anime will be streaming on Netflix starting October 21st so that you can catch up on the remake next month.
