Ex-Spy Behind Salacious Trump Dossier Has Damning Theory About Alleged Pee Tape

Christopher Steele, a British ex-spy who created a dossier that was unverified and salacious about Donald Trump, stated that he believed one of the most notorious allegations in the document.
According to an ABC promo for the series Out of the Shadows, The Man Behind the Steele Dossier, Steele stated that the pee tap is likely real.

According to the dossier, Trump hired prostitutes from Moscow in 2013 for a show called "Golden Showers".

They urinated on a bed in a Ritz-Carlton presidential suite that was previously used by former President Barack Obama. Russian intelligence may have secretly captured the incident.

Steele stated that he was open to the possibility that some of the information in the dossier may not be true.

But what about the pee tape?

Steele stated that he believes it is likely to exist. However, I wouldn't be able to say with 100% certainty that it exists.

Stephanopoulos questioned why the Russians didn't release the tape, if they had it.

Steele responded that it didn't have to be released as the Russians believed they had gotten a lot out of Donald Trump while he was president of U.S.

Trump randomly mentioned the alleged pee tape last week, but he denied the allegations.

According to The Washington Post, he stated unprompted that he wasn't interested in golden showers during a private speech at a retreat of the National Republican Senatorial Committee. The great thing about our first lady, That one, she said, isn't that one.

ABC reports that an intelligence agent who collected reports on the incident later informed the FBI that Steeles' tenor was much more conclusive than it was justified. The FBI also noted that the pee tape allegation was based upon hearsay and word of mouth, and possibly made in jest.

Stephanopoulos was told by Steele that the collector might have been scared after his cover was exposed and attempted to minimize his work.

Steele stated that I stand behind the work we did, the resources we had and the professionalism we applied to it.
