In Kenya, a man confessed to having killed at least 10 children while also drinking some of their blood.

On Wednesday, he escaped from police custody, but was found and lynched by villagers, authorities stated.

Police said that some victims had been drugged and strangled.

According to AFP, a mob attacked a Kenyan village and lynched a man who escaped from police custody after he admitted to killing children and sucking their blood.

According to AFP, Masten Milimo wanjala (20) from Kenya's Directorate of Criminal Investigations admitted to killing at most ten children over five-years and "sometimes" sucking their blood before executing them.

Police said that some victims had been drugged and strangled.

Grace Adhiambo, the mother of one of the victims, said to the BBC that she would love to see her husband in court. "So that I can get to know why this happened - why he brutally murdered our children and left us with great pain," Grace Adhiambo stated.
