The biggest announcements from DC FanDome

On Saturday, Warner Bros. and DC Comics held their second annual Fandome. They showed new trailers for movies, shows, and comics like The Batman, The Flash and Black Adam. Also, we saw the trailer for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Here's some of the most important news.
Robert Pattinson's gritty hero is shown by the Batman

At last, we got another trailer for The Batman (and FanDome saved it for the end of the day). Although we aren't sure if he believes he is a hero or not, Pattisons Batman is clearly Going Through Some Stuff. We didn't get much information about Matt Reeves Dark Knights saga characters. The trailer did show a Selina Kyle/Catwoman, who was a master at disguises and a Riddler that had a scarier vibe than previous iterations. The Batman will be in theaters March 4, 2022, after several delays due to pandemics.

Dwayne Johnson, Shazam antihero Black Adam, is seen in an early glimpse

Dwayne Johnson's Black Adam has been in production for many years. Now, the teaser trailer shows not only Johnsons character but also several Justice Society of America members who will be making their film debuts. Johnson made an appearance at FanDome, claiming that he was born to portray Black Adam. He then introduced a scene from the movie in which some archeologists (who should have known better) hit Black Adam with a blast electric shock. He then disintegrates another man, grabs a bullet from thin air and then levitates away. Johnson tweeted the video on Saturday.

Black Adam will be in theaters July 29th 2022

A trailer for Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League has been released

The first Rocksteady Studios game in six years was announced at last year's FanDome. A new trailer for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League was shown at this years event. It will debut on Xbox Series X / S and PlayStation 5 in 2022.

The Flash teases a multi-versal meltdown

Marvel is not the only one dabbling in multiverse. FanDome has a glimpse at the long-delayed The Flash. It brings not only Ezra Millers superfast hero but also Ben Affleck's and Michael Keatons Batman versions. Keaton voices the teaser, which also features a glimpse at the iconic Batman cowl. It is scheduled to be released in theaters on November 4, 2022.

An early look behind the scenes at Aquaman and Shazam sequels

Aquaman, the Lost Kingdom and Shazam were not ready for primetime! : Fury of the Gods was not ready for primetime. However, DC showed off early behind-the scenes views of both sequels. These will continue the adventures of Jason Momoas aquatic hero and Zachary Levi/ Asher Angels Shazam. The Shazam! The sequel teaser showed Rachel Zegler, Helen Mirren and Lucy Liu as new villains.

Deep dive into Gotham Knights

Rocksteady is currently working on Suicide Squad, while Warner Bros. Games Montreal continues Arkham-style adventures with Gotham Knights. This game was originally scheduled for release in 2021, but was delayed to 2022. When the game launches next year, players will be able join forces as Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl and Red Hood in an open-world action role-playing game.

A trailer for Peacemaker is released ahead of the HBO Max premiere

John Cena's Peacemaker character, introduced in summers The Suicide Squad, is getting his own HBO Max series. He will attempt to bring peace to the globe (no matter how violent it takes). First trailer shows James Gunn, the writer and director of the film, isn't stopping at violent comedy. Cena is surprising funny and appealing in the teaser. You're in luck if you ever wanted to see Cena with his tighty-whities. He also gets a hug from an Eagle, which is just as funny/awesome and hilarious as it sounds. On January 13, Peacemaker will debut on HBO Max.

Many DC TV Show Trailers

Fandome teased new episodes of Superman & Lois Supergirl, Superman & Batwoman, Superman & Lois Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow and Stargirl. In addition to animated Aquaman: King of Atlantis (fan-favorite Harley Quinn) HBO Max has renewed Young Justice, Titans, and Doom Patrol for new seasons. Young Justices first two episodes are now streaming.

A trailer for a new CW show, Ava DuVernay's Naomi, was also shown. It is about a teenage girl who doesn't know her superheroine status. The show stars Kaci Walfall playing Naomi. It will debut next year.

Behind the scenes at HBO Max's animated Batman: Caped Crusader

JJ announced the new series earlier this year, a noirish-ish reimagining the character. Bruce Timm, Matt Reeves, and Abrams are the three main characters. The trailer first showed off the distinctive art style. Timm, who worked with Batman: The Animated Series, and Batman Beyond, stated that the show will not be in black-and white.

He said that this show is more Batman: The Animated Series then Batman: The Animated Series. This new version of Bruce's world is just Batman. There are no other superheroes, and the Justice League does not exist. It's Batman. You are watching this single figure swim through Gotham's sewers. It's Batman alone.

Corrected at 8:12 PM ET: Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League today offered a new trailer and not gameplay. We are sorry for the error.
