Deathloop’s huge new update brings DLSS, DualSense audio for PC, crash fixes, and more

Although Deathloop is a great game, it also has its share of problems. Some have had stuttery performances and severe crashes on PC. Arkane Studios appears to be moving fast with fixes and an extra feature.
The new 11GB update will allow you to immerse yourself in PC's world by allowing you to hear Juliannas radio transmissions via a connected PS5 controller. Nvidia DLSS support has been added. This allows you to potentially get a significant amount of performance if you are willing to trade your native resolution for an AI-upscaled version. The game also supported AMDs FSR rival from the beginning.

The patch (5GB on PS5) also features improved NPC pathing, reactions to the player and an HDR calibration screen, which you can get on PC, but is missing in the console release.

I hope that PC will have better performance and stability. Ray tracing should also mean no crashes at Aleksis' party. Digital Foundry discovered issues that caused dropped frames and camera movements to stutter. However, Bethesda released a patch on September 21st which addressed some of these issues. Since then, I have not had this issue.

Here's the complete changelog:
