Indian startups are experiencing a boom in venture capital activity, despite the COVID-19-inducing lows in early 2020. The country's venture capital data is surprising, even for 2021.

The Exchange reached out to GV Ravishankar (Managing Director at Sequoia India) and Kunal Bajaj (head of Capital Network at Blume Ventures) to get a better understanding of what was going on in India.

How active is India's market today? Ravishankar stated that India is experiencing one of the most exciting periods for startups in terms of their ability to raise funding on a regular basis.
