Fiji Airways, the country's national airline announced on October 11 that flights between the US & Fiji will resume on December 1. This will allow overseas tourists to travel for the first time since more than 20 years. Beginning November 30, the carrier will be offering daily flights to Los Angeles, five flights per week from San Francisco and two flights per week from Honolulu.

Travellers from partner countriesAustralian, New Zealand and the USA, Canada, Germany and Spain will be able skip quarantine if they have a negative RTPCR test three days prior to departure. They can also complete a rapid test at the hotel 48 hours following arrival.
Tourism Fiji reports that 80 percent of Fiji's adults were fully vaccinated as of mid-October.
