Animaniacs was first broadcast in 1993. This is our first glimpse at Season 2 on Hulu's reborn Animaniacs. It features a parody of Thundercats' opening theme song, where the show's title is "80s Cats." Why? Why?
This is what Animaniacs does. Hulu's 2020 revival may have been a disappointment, but the 13 episodes that made up Season 1 were true to the spirit and style of an afternoon cartoon show for children. They included adult humor and references. Season 2 will bring more of this, and it's likely to happen pretty soon.
