Three days after he disappeared in Texas, a three-year-old boy was found alive.
Christopher Ramirez wandered in the woods while his mother was loading groceries.
One man claimed that God had told him to "go look for Ramirez and he would find [him]".
Authorities announced that a three-year-old boy, who was reported missing in Texas on Oct. 6, has been found alive and well.
Christopher Ramirez vanished after following his neighbor's dog into woods, while his mother was loading groceries at their home in Plantersville.
Mother Araceli Nunez stated that she saw her son disappear within two minutes, and so went to look for him.
Ramirez was not there and the dog returned, but Ramirez did.
Nunez cried on Thursday and said that her son was missing.
"I am desperate, and my heart is broken. She said, "Please bring back my son, please aid me!" according to ABC News.
The FBI, volunteers from the local area, Texas Equusearch, search and rescue organization Texas Equusearch, drones and dogs were all involved in the massive search. Nunez endured days of pain and agony before finally finding the boy five miles away.
Ramirez was located and brought to Texas Children's Hospital.
Don Sowell, Grimes County Sheriff, described him as "a bit tired and dehydrated as much as hungry but overall in good spirits and healthy."
KHOU spoke with Tim Miller, founder of Texas EquuSearch. He said that his team had experienced a similar disappearance once before and had almost given up. It's incredible, it gave me goosebumps. It's amazing. It was amazing to see him, and hear his loud cry.
Sowell stated that there was no evidence to suggest foul play in a Facebook post, which is now lost but can be viewed by ABC News. However, it is unclear how the boy survived on water and food.
According to Sowell, Ramirez was discovered by an anonymous man.
Sowell stated, "I had many good conversations with him and thanked his for being there." "He said that God had told him to go and look for him yesterday night at Bible study. He would find him. The rest of the story is happy because the man did exactly that this morning.
