Following its "NO BAD DAYS" sneaker release with New Balance, Bodega is partnering up with Chocolate Skateboards for the brands' first collaboration together. The capsule collection will include a selection of skate decks and accompanying apparel, celebrating both brands' dedication to skate and streetwear culture for over a decade.

Printed on the commemorative skateboards is "Bodega" branding placed above Chocolate's iconic logo; both scripts were done by Chocolate's art director, Evan Hecox. Long-sleeves, T-shirts and hoodies are informed by co-branding, large rose prints and Bodega's catchphrases. Available in black, brown, red and white, the apparel selection - sporting Hecox's signature calligraphy - complements the similarly designed skate decks. The capsule's editorial features Hakeem Ducksworth, the newest member of the Chocolate skate team, who showcases the new collection in downtown LA.

Take a look at the collaborative editorial in the gallery above. The collection will be available starting October 12 on Bodega and Chocolate Skateboards' websites, as well as at Bodega's Los Angeles store.

In other news, Supreme dropped its selection of T-shirt designs for Fall 2019.

While the alliance marks the first time we've have worked together in an official capacity, as industry veterans our brands have coexisted harmoniously in the shared realms of skate and streetwear culture for well over a decade. With Bodega's 13 years on the block as your brick-and-mortar headquarters for cutting edge fashion and footwear and Chocolate, currently celebrating 25 years on wheels, there's no doubt we've pounded the same pavement, represented the same streets, and done so with a likeminded vision. On Saturday, October 12, the Bodega x @chocolateskateboards collection will be made available to the public, both in-store at our Los Angeles location and online, along with other collaborative pieces by @buscemi, @fairdalebikes and @modernica. For those of you in the Los Angeles Metropolitan area, a special release party will be held at Bodega DTLA with a Chocolate pop up shop featuring an archive of old decks, art by @evanhecox, Mexican food and adult beverages.
