Facebook, join the fray!
Four days after the longest Facebook outage, it seems that Facebook and Facebook's Instagram are experiencing problems again.
Instagram had stopped loading new content for some users as of Friday morning Pacific Time. Mashable's parent company Ziff Davis owns Down Detector. It showed spikes in user incidents around 11 a.m. PT. The problem areas were concentrated in the major U.S. cities.

Facebook also took a while to load, and users with down detector reported problems with their feeds.

Twitter users expressed their dissatisfaction with the memes once more.
Facebook and Instagram confirmed that there was an outage on Twitter.
Even Instagram used a very pathetic emoji for the news. It was a happy, tearful moment indeed.
