Jeffrey Allen Burnham (46), is charged with killing Brian Robinette, his older brother, and Kelly Sue Robinette, his wife, on September 30, 2005.

According to court documents, Burnham informed Evelyn Robinette that he would confront his brother over his profession and his suspicion that Brian Robinette was giving "poisonous COVID-19 vaccines" to people.

Evelyn Robinette stated to law enforcement that Burnham had repeatedly said, "Brian knows something." According to court documents, Robinette stated that she called the Cumberland Police Department September 29 to report Burnham's repeated statements about him "coming after" them. This made her worry for his mental health.

The bodies of the Robinettes were found in their Ellicott City home by law enforcement. Both appeared to have been shot multiple time. In a court filing, it was also stated that police found a box containing a.40-caliber Smith and Wesson handgun at Burnham.

Further, court documents reveal that on September 30, a tipter contacted Maryland State Police to inform them that they had spoken with Burnham that night. Unnamed tipster claimed that Burnham demanded gas for his Corvette red Corvette and then promised to see Burnham on TV. Law enforcement was also informed by the tipster that Burnham had told him that his brother Robertette was "killing people using the COVID shot."
