John Cena is back! In his shiny helmet, Peacemaker, in the first TV series spinoff for DC Cinematic Universe.
James Gunn created the series. It will be spun-off from The Suicide Squad. We weren't sure what would happen at the end to Peacemaker or anyone else.
HBO has released a clip of Peacemaker meeting with a group that he is going to be working with on a mission. It was in full uniform. To the surprise of his new friends, Peacemaker brought Eagly, his bald eagle friend, along to the meeting.
Cena stars Danielle Brooks and Chukwudi Iwuji as well as Robert Patrick, Jennifer Holland, Freddie Stroma, and Steve Agee.
Peacemaker will be available on HBO Max January 20, 2022.
