Black History Month: How Dapo Afolayan gave up a future at Chelsea but made it as a pro his own way

Dapo Afolayan, who was 14 years old, turned down a chance to join Chelsea's academy to study. However, he continued his studies while playing non-league football with Solihull Moors, and later was spotted by West Ham.
The Hammers' debut goal saw him score a goal in the FA Cup. He has since moved to League One side Bolton Wanderers, where he has scored six goals in 11 matches this season.
