A Hiker Must Keep to the Path (or Else) in Horror Short Narrow

It's quite interesting. That was a great idea. The distillation of horror is the most effective method, and I agree with fil mmaker. However, I was not able to understand the ending. It was a good atmosphere. I always feel that horror in the sun adds an additional layer of discomfort. The main character was convincing. The concept was both comprehensible and strange enough. The metaphor was simple: stay on the path, avoid distractions and temptation

This is where I got lost. She falls off the path, and I couldn't grasp the meaning of the next steps. I expected her to get lost but she didn't seem to. He ended up in a darkened version of the world she knew, but was able to navigate it with no help. We could see that Evil Dead was following her. This suggests that you must adhere to a strict path in order to stay safe. Once you're off, it's all good.

That is something I don't know. This could be something to do with addiction. If that is the case, then this message doesn't quite fit. Of course, I could be wrong and the guy suggested that her journey was related to loss. However, addiction and loss do not have to be mutually exclusive.

If this were a metaphor for addiction, I think we can interpret this piece as follows:

It is difficult to stay on the right path (staying sober) and it has its own costs. But abandoning the path (surrendering addiction) is much worse. It is not always easy to keep on the right path (stay sober). It is easy to wander off the path by accident or because of temptation. It's really urgent that I have it right now. One won't hurt) or by coercion (Come on... Have one with you. It'll be fine. It will be fine ) or by accident (maybe? ) That's what I get. She can't go back once she has strayed from the path. This is a metaphor for addiction and overcoming something, which it may not be. I don't like that message. It seems a bit hopeless and nihilistic. It's almost as if you have a chance to overcome your problems and get clean. Philosophically, I don't agree with that.

I'm not saying that we should see her go back on the right path, but it was important to show us that there is a way. Although it was a nice homage to Sam Raimis cinematographer, it didn't really resonate with me. The message at the end seemed like it was saying that if you stray you will be hunted. Perhaps that is a warning that your addictions can take control and lead to your death. Perhaps that is a message, I suppose.

Hmmm... perhaps I should have another drink to think about it. One thing is certain: this movie reminded me that I need to get new hiking shoes. W ell done.
