Republican Kari Lake, Arizona's Governor Candidate, has received an endorsement by former President Donald Trump. She said that she wouldn't have certified the results of the 2020 elections in Arizona. Trump lost Arizona by more than 10,000 votes.
Natalie Harp, a far-right outlet One American News Network spoke to Lake and said that she wouldn't have certified the 2020 election results. Lake repeatedly repeated Trump's false claims of election fraud.
Lake stated, "Considering the amount of information that we had at the time about serious irregularities in the election, it is unlikely that I would have certified it immediately." The secretary of state, governor and other state officials usually verify election results.
Harp claimed that the election results certified in Ducey's name "weren’t accurate". This claim was partially proved true by a Republican-led audit that found that Biden had actually defeated Trump by a few hundred votes more in Arizona.
Lake claimed last week, despite the audit results that the election had been "fraudulent" or "corrupted." Trump falsely claimed that the audit results further supported his FRAUD claim.
"My response is that we must make this right. We don't move on from here. We will not continue to move forward after November 2020, until we make it right," Lake stated to OANN September 26. He called for criminal prosecutions against those "involved in this."

Trump supported Lake on September 28th, declaring that she would do a better job than Doug Ducey (RINO Governor). It won't even be an election! Trump lost support for Ducey when he proceeded with certifying the state’s presidential election results in November 2020, ignoring a call from Trump.
Ducey doubled down his decision to certify the election results with Secretary of State Katie Hobbs on the night he and Ducey made it official.
"This cannot be delayed if the counties refuse to certify their results. Ducey tweeted November 30, 2020, "All 15 Arizona counties - both run by each party - have certified their results."
"That's the law. He added, "I have sworn an oath that I will uphold it and I take my responsibility seriously."
