First Real-World Look Shows Apple Watch Series 7 Amid Rumors of Imminent Launch

According to rumors, the Apple Watch Series 7 may go on sale within weeks. However, MacRumors has received new images that show the Apple Watch in its natural state. This is our first look at the Apple Watch.

These images were originally posted to a Facebook group for Apple Watch lovers. However, it was removed from the site. The poster claimed they were working for a carrier and were testing the Series 7 before its official release "later in the fall."

The Series 7 has been shown in Apple's promotional and marketing materials. Apple has not yet announced a date when it will become available for purchase. Today's images give us a first look at the Series 7 and its larger, more expansive display. The Series 7 doesn't have flat edges, contrary to rumors. Instead, it has "more rounded corners" that allow the display to curve slightly.

Only a few design improvements have been made to the Series 7 over the previous generation. The Series 7 has an IP6X rating that is better for dust and water resistance, but it retains the same CPU as Apple Watch Series 6.

There are likely to be additional internal changes to the Series 7. However, we will have to wait until the watch is in our hands to find out about them. Our comprehensive review will give you a complete overview of all we know.
