Kelly Clarkson Divorce Judge Rules the Montana Ranch is Hers, not ex-Husband's

Kelly Clarkson will now be removing her husband from Montana ranch that she once shared. A judge has just declared it all hers.
Brandon Blackstock claimed that the ranch, where he lives now, is his "marital property", meaning it's equally hers and hers. The judge disagreed and said that the ranch is included in the prenup. This basically means that whatever Kelly purchased with the money she earned, it's hers.

BTW, she is the sole title holder of the ranch.

TMZ reported the story. After a trial on validity of the prenup, which Brandon was fiercely disputing -- the judge ruled that it was valid. Kelly is entitled to any money she earned during her marriage. That's quite a lot. Kelly makes $1.9 million a month.

According to TMZ, sources with direct knowledge of the situation say that Kelly wants Brandon removed from the ranch but he isn't moving. Kelly believes Brandon is a squatter at the moment and is considering taking legal action to get him out.
