Madden's creators are among those who think Tucker is the greatest ever, awarding Tucker a 99 rating after he made the longest field goal in NFL History. He is the fifth kicker to earn a 99 rating. Morten Andersen, Morten Andersen, Mike Vanderjagt and Mike Vanderjagt are all others.

Tucker was previously rated 87. This is a huge boost. Prior to Tucker's upgrade the Ravens were rated at the highest level by cornerback Marlon Huffrey and offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley. Both teams have 92 ratings.

Lamar Jackson, Ravens quarterback, was certainly supportive of Tucker's new 99 rating. He responded to Madden on Twitter with a fire emoticon.

Tucker, who converted 90.6% of his career field goal attempts, is the NFL's most accurate kicker. Tucker has scored 17 game-winning kicks, and has completed 16 field goal attempts in under one minute.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame displayed Tucker's game-worn jersey and pants, as well as his socks, from the record-breaking kick. Tucker was added to a virtual club the next day, making him one of six players with 99 ratings. Other players include Aaron Donald, the Rams' defensive tackle, and Jalen Ramsey, the Chiefs' quarterback Patrick Mahomes, tight end Travis Kelce and Davante Adams, the Packers wide receiver.

Chris Horton, Ravens special team coordinator, said Tucker's confidence: "I haven’t seen any man like this guy." He's a completely different kind of guy.
