After a summer of mid-range phones and a year filled with them, the major flagships like Pixel 6 or the iPhone 13 will be closing out the year. These phones will sell like hotcakes. However, if Samsung's upcoming Galaxy smartphones keep their schedule, then they are also likely to sell well. You should wait to see them. We don't know much about the next-generation Galaxy S21. The Samsung Galaxy S22 leakers have already begun to come out, and many of them have been prophetic in the past. The Galaxy S22 is rumored to feature ray tracing technology and vapor cooling. If Samsung gets its way, it could be a fully-fledged gaming machine disguised as a phone. Its performance will vary depending on where you are located and what chipset you choose. The Galaxy S22 Ultra is the most exciting. The Galaxy S22 Ultra will be the successor to the Galaxy Note Ultra series. It features a built-in S Pen slot, and a design that is more reminiscent of the Notes. We know everything about Samsung's new flagships, which will almost certainly join the top Android phones.
Samsung Galaxy S21 is the best Android phone for months. The Galaxy S21 is the best Android phone we have seen. With the S22 still months away, rumors suggest that the S22 will not change much in design and specs. It's even more affordable if it's on sale. Samsung: Starting at $800

The Galaxy S21 was released in January 2021. Meanwhile, the S20 series and S10 were shipped in March. According to leaked information from Samsung supply chain, major Samsung releases will likely be in January. We learned in a September Galaxy S22 specs leak that Samsung intends to start mass production of its new phone line in November. This is with the goal of launching all three phones in January. Ice Universe, a frequent leaker, suggested that the Galaxy S21 FE could be cancelled and Samsung might release the S22 instead in December to take advantage of holiday sales. This would be a quick turnaround considering that the S22 hasn't yet been produced. Other leaks suggest that the Galaxy Tab S8 could also launch around the time the S22 launches. Samsung could benefit from a single massive launch to help it overcome recent financial difficulties in its smartphone sales. Samsung Galaxy S22 Price

Recent leaks indicate that the S22+ and S22+ will be smaller and have shorter battery lives, but retain their internal specifications. We are skeptical that Samsung will increase the price of its phones while reducing their size. The S21, S21 Plus and S21 Ultra were $799, $999 and $1,199 respectively. The S20 phones were priced from $999 to $1399, with the same $200 gaps. The S22 will likely have the same $200 price difference as the S20. However, we cannot guarantee its starting pricing. The Galaxy S22 specs and renders were released by @OnLeaks. Zouton stated that the phones would retail for $799 to $1199. This is consistent with Samsung's adherence to the status quo. According to our first Galaxy S22 specs rumor, Samsung will lower the S22 Plus than the S21 Plus and switch from glass to the same glasstic' material that the S21 Plus. According to the leaker, both the S22+ and S22+ would shrink by 6.2 inches to 6.06 inches and 6.7 inches to 6.55" respectively. Another leak revealed that the Galaxy S22 would be the "smallest flagship smartphone in recent years", with its 6.06 inch display and 3,700mAh battery. @OnLeaks and Zouton recently released renders of the Galaxy S22+ and S22+ that showcase both phones' potential designs. The phones are very similar to the S21+ and S21+ except that the camera module has been slightly raised.
The smaller Galaxy S22+ and S22+ will have smaller batteries than their predecessors, as you might expect. According to Leaker FrontTron, the S22 and S22+ will have 3,800mAh and 4,600mAh batteries, respectively. GalaxyClub, however, had a more optimistic outlook and suggested 3,700mAh to 4,500mAh for its S22 batteries. This is a decent downgrade considering the Galaxy S21+ and S21+ reached 4,000mAh and 4,800mAh respectively. It is possible that the smaller displays will offset this difference and that the phones retain the respectable battery life of the S21 series. Samsung could reduce the design of its S22s, but leave the display technology unchanged. According to all rumors, the S22 and S22+ will feature the same FHD+ 120Hz displays that their S21 counterparts. The S22's design is not very original and the S22+ has one last chance to be different from other phones this year: vapor chambers. DigiTimes reports that Samsung may incorporate vapor cooling in the S22. In preparation, Taiwanese companies have already begun mass-producing them. These cooling features were already included in the Note 10+ by Samsung, so it's not impossible. Your S22 might be less likely to overheat when playing graphically-intensive games at high refresh rates. Samsung Galaxy S22 The Return of the Note Ultra

Samsung might shrink the S22+ and S22+ but the S22 Ultra should keep the same 6.8 inch display size as the Galaxy S21 Ultra. It could also undergo a major redesign to replace the obsolete Galaxy Note line. Multiple leaks suggest that the Galaxy S22 Ultra will feature an S Pen slot and be the only S22 model to have S Pen support. These same leaks indicate that the Galaxy S22 Ultra will be less rounded than the S21 Ultra, but it won't look nearly as rectangular as the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.
Recent Galaxy S22 Ultra mockups will give an idea of how the phone might look. The mock-up shows a 6.8 inch curved AMOLED screen, a thick build, and the mentioned S Pen slot. It also features a memorable P-shaped appearance.

Two leakers, @OnLeaks & @UniverseIce, have differing opinions about the Ultra's final design. UniverseIce claims that the S22 Ultra camera module would have two separate modules, instead of the P-shaped one shown in the slideshow. OnLeaks created a new design without confirming that it is correct. Samsung Galaxy S22 specs and cameras

We learned in May that Samsung and AMD had collaborated on the Exynos 2200 5nm chip, which will power Samsung's future phones and Chromebooks. Then, we learned that AMD was planning to add RDNA2 tech on Samsung phones. This would allow for "ray tracing" and "variable rate shading" to high-performance mobile devices like the S22 series. Although we haven't been able to see the Exynos 2200 in action yet, Ice Universe claims that the S22 Ultra chip will feature a 2.9GHz CortexX2 core, three performance cores clocked 2.8GHz and four efficiency-focused cores at 2.2GHz. The S22+ and S22+ will have the same cores, but at lower clock speeds. The S22 and S22+ will use the same Snapdragons for US phones, as well as Exynos chips made locally. So the new Exynos could give Samsung's worldwide S22 an edge in performance. FrontTron reported in September that Samsung will release an Exynos 2200 in Europe, and a Snapdragon 898 version for the U.S., India and Southeast Asia. However, Verizon is "requesting to equip Exynos 2220" in the U.S. Different carriers could offer different performance quality. We expect RAM to be the same as the S21 lineup. This would be 8GB, 128/256GB and S22+ respectively. The Ultra will offer an upgrade to 12/16GB memory and up to 500GB SSD.

All rumors about the S22 chipset are bogus. However, there have been many other major rumors regarding the S22 lineup's cameras. Recent leaks from the S22 camera specifications indicated that the Galaxy S22 Ultra would have a 108MP main sensor and two zoom lenses. There will also be an ultra-wide lens with optical imaging stabilization (12MP) and a selfie cam. Rumours suggested that the Galaxy S22 Ultra would have a 200MP Olympus camera sensor. However, a leak later disproved that rumor. We find it very unlikely that the Galaxy S22 Ultra will have an underdisplay selfie camera. Samsung Galaxy S22 Software

The S21 series came pre-installed in One UI 3.1. It's almost certain that the Samsung Galaxy S22 will be shipped with One UI 4 or 4.1. If Samsung makes significant changes to the interface, this is also the case. One UI 4 Beta testing has begun on the S21 Series. It was full of bugs when we tested it, but Samsung still has several months to fix them. One UI 4 should be available for the S21 by 2021. This will make it ready for the S22 in January.
